Graham Oakes has been supporting Tim Payne in his by-election campaign in Pennsylvania.
Graham, the Lib Dem Parliamentary Candidate for Exeter was formerly the County Councillor for Pennsylvania & St Davids.
He said: "It was great to be back in Pennsylvania, although the hills seem to be getting steeper! The reception on the doorstep has been very encouraging with lots of residents backing Tim and a growing number planning to vote Lib Dem in the General Election for the first time."
