Cllr Adrian Fullam
Cllr for St Thomas, Membership Development Officer
Adrian Fullam is an experienced campaigner, serving as a Liberal Democrat Councillor for St Thomas in Exeter from 2003 to 2015 and since 2023. He was the first ever Liberal Democrat Leader of Exeter City Council, serving from 2008 to 2010.
Adrian passionately believes in open and collaborative democracy and lively public debate characterised his time in office. He strongly believes in sustainable custodianship of Council resources and rejects the 'borrow and cut' culture of the current Labour administration.
Key achievements include facilitating a number of community-focussed schemes to manage parking and traffic management, playing a leading role in the introduction of a comprehensive street cleaning system and stabilising Exeter City Council's finances and services during the financial crisis in 2008.
Above all, Adrian is proud of his reputation as a vocal and forthright representative of his community in St Thomas.
