YES WE CAN Pass the Climate and Nature Act. "The CAN bill recognises the scope, scale, and kind of action required. I urge Exeter's MPs in the strongest possible terms to put party politics aside and back this historic legislation to save our future." -Will Aczel, former Lib Dem MP Candidate for Exeter. Your voice CAN make a difference. Write to your MP: action.zerohour.uk

The Climate and Nature Bill passed its first reading in Parliament today. Proposed by Liberal Democrat Roz Savage MP, the bill has a broad coalition of supporters from all major parties. However, both of Exeter's MPs have yet to pledge their support for the bill.

The Lib Dem Parliamentary Candidate for Exeter at the last election, Will Aczel, said "Our representatives have a duty to face up to the climate and nature crisis. The CAN Bill recognises the scope, scale, and kind of action required. I urge Exeter's MPs in the strongest possible terms to put party politics aside and back this historic legislation to save our future."

Exeter Lib Dem Cllr Tammy Palmer said "We are already seeing the devastating impact of climate change. It’s clear we must do so much more sooner rather than later to tackle what is the biggest crisis facing all of us. I would encourage everyone to write to your MP to make the CAN bill happen: action.zerohour.uk"
