Local Liberal Democrats Pay Tribute to former Lord Mayor and Lib Dem Councillor Paul Smith

Commenting today on the death of former Lord Mayor and Exeter Lib Dem Councillor Paul smith, Councillor Stella Brock said "I worked with Paul for a number of years and the local party very much values all the time that he gave."
She added "For Paul, the highlight of being a councillor was being Lord Mayor; he saw that as a great honour and he raised a tremendous amount for his charity." The local party and all those he reprented very much value all the time that he gave to the local community."
