In Devon, A&E waits of over 4hrs have increased from 21% of patients in 2019 to 46% in 2023.

I will work hard to put the right investment and incentives in place to ensure our NHS thrives. This includes
->emergency funding to sort out terrible ambulance response times
->reforming the broken dental contract
->giving everyone the right to see a GP within seven days, or within 24 hours if urgent, with 8,000 more GPs to deliver on it (averages out to about 15 more for the Exeter constituency).

Tackling the social care crisis is central to saving our NHS. Lib Dems are the only party with the ambitious plan needed:
->free personal care, like we introduced in Scotland
->raising carers’ minimum wage by £2/hour
->committed to long-term cross-party collaboration for the long-term.
