Exeter Labour's rubbish recycling rate has worsened
New stats reveal not even a quarter of waste is recycled in Exeter thanks to Labour.
Councillor Hannaford paints an alarming picture of the culture within the ruling Labour group of Councillors - a group that is clearly divided and unable to work cooperatively together.
In addition, there is a rising perception amongst many residents in Exeter that Labour aren't listening or acting in the best interests of the city. It feels like Labour are in meltdown.
By contrast, while from two different political backgrounds, Liberal Democrat and Green Party councillors are working cooperatively together and providing effective opposition on the Council.
