Exeter Labour's rubbish recycling rate has worsened

Exeter Labour's rubbish recycling rate WORSENS. Now down to an appalling 24.5%.

This is less than half the Devon average. Most Exeter households still don't have a food waste collection and none have council kerbside glass collection.

This is Exeter Labour's decade of decline. Where they've chosen to fund vanity projects whilst neglecting basics.

In contrast, the top six English councils for recycling are all Lib Dem-led.
